CR1 TPU Feet
Description
These were a very quick made and a pretty quick print (probably about 1:15 total) TPU feet for the CR1. With the additional bracing on the bottom I wasn't happy with the balance of the printer and wanted something to quickly get it more secure.
Due to the rear nature of the frame and cover connection, mine weren't aligned exactly, so the rears have a bigger "space" to accommodate both sides. I throw a little bit of hot glue on mine (so that it's removable) to hold it into space.
However, because this increases the height of the printer (13mm), it allows more room for chips to escape.
I have a few ideas how to reduce the chips from getting out, but I haven't found a solution that I am satisfied with yet (at least without incorporating a lot larger machines).
